Odoo's scheduled activities have a very poor, low-grade functionality, I would say almost useless, uneccaptable!
Here is the very basic things you can not do:
– you can not list all of your own activities. (you can just list them separately based on which app they are linked)
– you can not list the activities you scheduled for others, thus unable to coordinate and supervise your colleagues' work
– you can not list completed activities (just the current ones)
– you do not get notified if a task that you scheduled for someone else has been completed
– no calendar view to have an overview of the tasks and thus schedule them correctly (only for meeting type activities)
