How do you set two PMs on one piece of equipment with a different frequency? Looks like frequency is controlled at the equipment level and not the task level. Can this be fixed? If I have monthly and annual PM tasks they both can only run on one pre-set frequency like 30 days. If I need two frequencies then I have to create a duplicate equipment for the other annual task (365 days).
Also can the task generation only run and create a task when the task is due within a set time frame from current date (30 days maybe), else the task will sit in the todo pile for 365 days and be white noise in our system if I have 60 annual tasks that don't move for a year. My annual PM task I did then regenerated the next day and I'm not going to touch it for a year. This is silly.

Question: If I am working on Odoo 17 and have various tools, grease, and oils used for maintenance, how can I manage the usage of these items from the maintenance module? For instance, if 12 kg of oil was issued and 2 kg was returned, or if a sanding machine was issued and then returned, how can I adjust this movement so that it is accurately reflected in the inventory to keep the stock balance correct?
