Creating and Configuring Sales Teams

Detailed Insights: Click the three vertical dots on the top right corner of the Kanban view to access a menu. Here, you can delve into Leads, Opportunities, Quotations, Sales Orders, Invoices, and Activities associated with the team.
Additional Features
Email Alias: Establish a unique email alias for each Sales Team. Any email sent to this address automatically generates a lead or opportunity within that team. Configure access permissions (Everyone, Authenticated Partners, Followers Only, or Authenticated Employees) for receiving emails through the alias.
Reporting: Odoo 17 offers a comprehensive reporting suite accessible from the “Reporting” menu within the Sales Team dashboard. Generate reports on the team’s activities and sales performance, encompassing Leads, Opportunities, Sales, Invoices, and Activities.
