    The default workflow, when you open a new session, automatically considers the opening Balance as the closing balance of the previous session, and if you void it (make it zero) it will move the amount of the balance to the "Cash Different Loss Account"…

    How can I disable this workflow? I would like the opening balance to be ALWAYS zero.🤔

    thanks for the video , after i close the session the total cash amount is not posted the cash account, some of it will post cash difference observed during counting, this will bring as negative amount in balance sheet and profit loss statements, can anyone help me that! .
