Odoo 17 Helpdesk module simplifies managing customer inquiries and issues.

To create a new helpdesk ticket, navigate to the Helpdesk app and click on the “Create” button.  

You’ll be given a form to fill in essential details about the ticket. Begin by providing a clear and concise subject line that accurately reflects the issue. Next, describe the problem in detail, including any relevant information such as error messages or troubleshooting steps.

Assign the ticket to the appropriate team or individual responsible for addressing the issue. You can also set a priority level to indicate the urgency of the request. For effective tracking, add tags or labels to categorize the ticket based on its nature or department.

To ensure efficient communication, attach any relevant documents or screenshots to the ticket. This will provide your team with the necessary context to resolve the issue promptly.

Once you’ve completed the ticket details, click “Save” to create the ticket. It will be assigned a unique reference number for easy tracking. The ticket will then enter the workflow, allowing for collaboration, updates, and eventual resolution.
