Looking at the timesheet you shared, the color codes seem to represent different statuses or thresholds of time logged:

Red cells → These usually highlight low or incomplete hours (likely under the required daily working hours).

Example: Anita Oliver logged 1:00 on Sun, Aug 24 and it is marked in red.

Yellow/Orange cells → These indicate extra/overtime hours (above the normal working hours).

Example: Mitchell Admin logged 12:30 on Tue, Aug 26, which is well above a standard workday, so it’s in yellow.

Gray cells → These mark totals/summary values, such as the weekly total at the bottom (288:15).

Normal black text (no background highlight) → Regular working hours, within expected range.

Example: Beth Evans logging 4:00 on Mon, Aug 25.

Blue column highlight → Just indicates the current day (Wed, Aug 27) for easier tracking.

So in short:

🔴 Red = Too few hours (under target).

🟡 Yellow/Orange = Too many hours (overtime/excessive).

⚫ Black = Normal/acceptable hours.

🔵 Blue highlight = Today.

⚪ Gray = Totals.
