1. Enable Developer Mode
Go to Settings → Developer Tools → Activate the developer mode.
2. Go to Groups
Settings → Users & Companies → Groups
Click Create.
3. Create the Group
Name → e.g., “Custom Reports Access”
Application → This is the category where it appears in the user form.
You can select an existing category (like “Sales”)
OR Create and Edit → enter your new category name (this is how you create a new category).
Users → Add any users you want in this group.
Add access rights, menus, and record rules as needed.
4. Save
