How to Configure Automatic Invoice in Odoo 18 Sales | Odoo 18 New Features | Odoo 18 Sales Tutorials – CBMS Odoo ERP

In Odoo, automatic invoicing is a feature that allows you to generate invoices automatically under specific conditions. This can streamline your invoicing process and reduce manual effort.  

How it Works:

Enable Automatic Invoicing:

Go to Sales — Configuration — Settings.
Under the Invoicing Policy section, select “Ordered Quantities”.  
Enable the “Automatic Invoice” option.  
Create a Sales Order:

Create a new sales order for your customer.  
Add the desired products and quantities to the order.
Confirm the Order:

Once the order is confirmed, Odoo will automatically generate an invoice based on the ordered quantities and pricing.
