Odoo 18 offers a robust tax management system that allows you to configure and apply taxes to invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents. Here’s a breakdown of key features and how to configure them:

Configuring Taxes:

1. Create Tax Groups:

Navigate to Accounting — Configuration — Taxes.
Click Create to add a new tax group.
Define the group name and assign it to a specific tax category (e.g., Sales Tax, VAT, etc.).

2. Create Taxes:

Click Create under the Taxes tab.
Specify the tax name, rate, and assign it to the appropriate tax group.
Configure additional settings like the inclusion/exclusion of tax in the price, and whether it’s applicable to specific products or services.

Applying Taxes to Documents:

1. Invoice Creation:

When creating an invoice, select the appropriate tax group or specific taxes for each line item.
Odoo will automatically calculate the tax amount based on the product price and tax rate.

2. Purchase Order Creation:

Similarly, when creating a purchase order, you can assign taxes to specific line items.

Hi! Is there any way to apply two different taxes percentage to a percentage of the base… Ex: 25% of the base add 16% tax, 75% of the base add 0% tax.
