    There are 2 basic things Live Chat in Odoo should have:
    1. The backend user should be able to change the Name of the visitor easily, in order to improve the communication.
    2. If there are not agents available, there should be an option to show a form with the fields Name, Email and Question in order to receive a ticket/lead/email (depends on the chat configuration)

    All live chat options in the market have those features.
