    Good morning, I have the timesheet module and we are trying to use it in the Help Desk application, we want to be able to Manage the times of the Activities that are carried out in the resolution of the (Tickets) help desk cases, but at the moment If you press Play on a Ticket for time to start running, time stops on another ticket. In other words, it seems that I cannot have times running on different tickets simultaneously. is this like this? It doesn't seem to make much sense, if it works this way

    Hello I managed to follow your tutorial everything is ok , but I can not see help center on the website as a customer. I would like to have a section in menu as you have. But when I added link to menu button it is visible only when I am signed. But I would like to allow all visitors to see tutorials and knowledge.
