    What if you have multiple vendors but it matters which vendor based on distance to the customer, not just first on the list. Also, it may manually have to selected if the nearest vendor is out of stock.

    Show a refund to the customer for an order that never shipped. Assume the supplier was out of stock and that wasn’t made known until several days later. Thus we refund, the customer after the fact. Or another scenario. There is a problem with the shipping and we have to provide the customer a partial refund for the cost of shipping. Or a courtesy partial refund for poor service. How do you make a simple refund back to the customer? In Shopify it takes 3-4 clicks.

    Is there a way to keep track of the items that are delivered before validating it? Maybe the supplier could confirm on their end once the item is delivered or the customer could confirm it is received?
