A task can be defined as a duty or a piece of work that is assigned to a person from an authority that might be accomplished in time duration. A project may have multiple tasks, that integrally work to achieve the overall success of the project. Tasks can be easily created and managed.
Once a task has been completed, each workmate can point it out by changing their status. This will help the project manager to review the task before changing the stage with a simple drag-and-drop.
There are tools to prioritise the task, to add and schedule activities, to add tags for easy identification of the task in kanban view. The task settings help to add cover images, delete tasks, edit the task and share task details to workmates as well.
If we click on a task, we land on the form view where I can edit the planned hours and enter the timesheets. This is a great tool for any project manager. Controlling the working time progress and the time spent for each team member is essential. The working time progress updates automatically. Thanks to this timesheet integration, the project manager has a thorough follow-up on the progress of each task.
