    I have never been so stressed while making an online store as much as I have with using Odoo.

    Today I tried adding new categories to my store and I ended up losing all 16 categories, now all 700+ products are under 1 page called "All Products" and does not look professional at all.

    I contacted Live help who were absolutely useless as they didn't answer any of my questions and asked me random questions, non of which were related to what I was asking for help with. Then I was told to open a support ticket. The last time I opened a ticket, it took just over 1 week to get a response which is dreadful when you're trying to run an online store.

    Now when I make new categories and select the category on the product page, the product does not show in the category, it only shows in "All Products".
