This shows you how to track hours that you pre-bill a customer.. but what if I want to create my own project, track the time it takes, then bill the customer for the time it took? That seems by far more practical and useful. I love the Odoo System, but the training materials are often lacking. It would also be useful for a better explanation of how to bill milestones, they don't really make a lot of sense in the context presented here.

Nice and easy to follow. However, we often bill a lot of different hourly service work. So far, in our old system, we can transfer the description of the time sheet entry directly into the invoice, so the customers know which specific work was invoiced, not a generic "repair service". Is there a way to do this with Odoo?

Good instructor, but just some feedback, using placeholders like Milestone Service and Hourly Service instead of providing a real world example can make tutorials confusing and harder to picture in use. It makes you think too like does this guy actually know if this strategy is effective in a business scenario or is it just theory
