Follow two friends who plan a lunch together, then meet a third friend and sit at one bigger table. In this video, we see how Odoo Point of Sale handles the whole visit, from seating to payment.
We start with the floor plan, where the staff can see which tables are free. When the third friend joins, the table is changed in a few taps. The waiter then takes the order, including a combo meal, and it goes straight to the kitchen display. The chef follows each order from To Cook, to Preparing, to Ready.
Finally, the friends ask to split the bill, and each person pays their share. We also look at the payment options, including cash, card, online payment and customer account.
