1. Customer Reviews for Products (E-commerce Module)
If you have an Odoo eCommerce website (using Odoo Website and eCommerce modules), customers can leave reviews for products.
How to enable and manage product reviews:
Install Modules:
Website
Website Sale
Website Rating (comes with the review system)
Enable Reviews:
Go to Website – Configuration – Settings.
Scroll to the Shop section and check Enable Product Rating.
Save.
Customers Leave Reviews:
On your website, customers can now leave star ratings and reviews for products they’ve purchased.
